    运动运动!

    自从非典之后就很少有常态的运动了,除了上班就是在家宅,或者,血拼当运动,自然是杀得鲜血淋淋,但也不见有多舒服。现在的boss是个运动狂人,同事中也有一位运动狂,于是办公室的运动味很浓,下了班之后,就有人在呼吁去瑜伽啊,肚皮舞啊什么的,自然,我对上述两项运动是没有任何天赋的,于是乎就抓着一位同事跟我打乒乓球、羽毛球,每周至少各一次,效果显著哦,肩膀不痛了,颈椎很舒服……而且,作为羽毛球菜鸟,在一个多月的厮杀中,竟然也被褒奖,说进步神速,哈哈,难道俺也算是胖子中的运动天才?
